Job Description

Overview:
To maintain a pleasant guest experience by inspecting dishes and cleaning the station area.
Responsibilities:
Provide highest quality customer service to all guests. Be pleasant, smile, and greet all guests. Expedite food by inspecting dishes for visual appeal and to ensure that food is properly prepared and served at the proper temperature in a timely fashion. Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment. Sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down areas, and wiping down glass. Maintain the cleanliness of the buffet stations. Must possess knowledge of dining room service procedures, table numbers and full familiarity with the food and beverage menu. Maintain temperatures and freshness of food on buffet. Demonstrate excellent teamwork by communicating effectively and positively with staff. Able to set up and break down buffet in a timely manner. Able to perform any other job duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
Qualifications:
