Responsibilities Set up breakfast buffet stations with fresh food items, ensuring presentation is appealing and organized. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including basic food preparation tasks. Serve guests efficiently and courteously, providing friendly assistance with food selections and dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, counters, and buffet stations throughout the shift. Replenish food supplies promptly during service hours while adhering to food handling and safety protocols. Monitor dietary restrictions or special requests from guests and communicate these to the kitchen staff as needed. Assist with catering or banquet setups when required, ensuring all food service areas meet hygiene standards. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Strong customer service skills with an energetic and positive attitude. Experience serving or working in catering, banquet settings, or restaurant environments is advantageous. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment. Background in the food industry or dietary aide roles demonstrates relevant expertise in food preparation and safety standards.
