  • Hospital Additional Posting Details: Monday
  • Friday 6am
  • 2:30, alternating weekends

Duties/Responsibilities Provides a high quality of service to patients, families, staff and customers in the preparation and service of meals. Utilizes correct food sanitation and food safety. Completes daily, weekend and holiday cleaning. Stocks food products using FIFO. Completes grocery storage following correct locations, FIFO, timeliness, removing dented or damaged product. Completes cleaning of equipment, ware washing, floors, walls according to the correct procedures. Required Skills/Abilities Food Service experience preferably in a hospital setting preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and experience with customers and patients. Must have the State of Texas Food Handlers certification within 60 days of hire.
