As a busser, you will play a key role in supporting our servers and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You'll be responsible for setting and clearing tables, assisting with the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and reset tables in accordance with restaurant standards. Clear used dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables and transport them to the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Replenish supplies and assist with stocking items in the service area. Read and comprehend labels on chemicals and material safety data sheets (MSDS). Assist with opening and closing duties, including trash disposal and organizing dining supplies. Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move at a rapid pace, bend, twist, and left products weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequent exposure to varying temperatures (cooler/freezer and kitchen area). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working in a restaurant preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred.
