Bar and Book Busser Lone Star Park - 3.8 Grand Prairie, TX Job Details Part-time 12 hours ago Qualifications Client relationship management Customer communication Guest relations In-person customer service Answering guest questions Relationship management Full Job Description Summary Busser who serves patrons at the Sports Bar (Bar & Book Facility) by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment. Essential Duties and Requirements Maintains clean work areas and ensures inventory is stocked and organized at all times. Provides guests with refills of water, tea, coffee, and soft drinks as needed. Ensures guest tables are free of clutter and debris by removing dirty plates, cleaning and replacing ashtrays or unused dishes from tables, and wipes table tops and chairs with damp cloth as needed. Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen. Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and glassware. Arranges set up of dining room as needed to facilitate regular business and special events as scheduled. Performs detailed cleaning of building, such as chairs, walls, rails and tables as needed. Assists B&B Manager as needed. Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime required. May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled. Performs other duties as assigned.
