Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Café Food Service Worker Floater who can support multiple café locations at Harmony - San Antonio. This role involves traveling between assigned locations to assist with meal preparation, serving, and maintaining café areas according to SLA Management standards. The ideal candidate is adaptable, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel between designated café locations as assigned to assist with food service operations. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience at each location. Support meal preparation, portioning, and serving food in line with SLA Management's quality standards. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain clean and safe environments. Restock, organize, and maintain serving and dining areas at each café location. Assist with setup, cleanup, and daily tasks as needed at each assigned location. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth transitions and consistent service quality.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred. Reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations as needed. Flexible and adaptable with a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines (training provided). Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions across different settings.
