The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment,and promotional signing processes forallGeneral Merchandise (GM)areas of the store.

This team conducts inventory accuracy,merchandise set-up and maintenanceand pricing processes for all areas of the store.

Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests bysupportingpick,packand ship fulfillment work. The role of a General Merchandise Expert can provide you with the: Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store

Experience in retail business fundamentalsincluding:department sales trends, inventoryreplenishment, and process efficiency and improvement

Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals As aGeneral Merchandise Expert, no twodaysare ever the same, but a typical day willmost likely includethe following responsibilities: Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.

Support guest services such as back-up cashier,and digital fulfillment processes(such as pickingand packing orders ordeliveringpickup orders to guests)andmaintaincomplianceculture while executing those duties, such as federal, state, and localadult beveragelaws.
