POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently hiring a Food Service Worker to join our team in Lubbock, TX. The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with daily food and meal preparation, maintain cash receipts and meal records, and assist with completing daily reports. This position also requires maintaining high standards of food quality, sanitation, cleanliness, and kitchen safety. The ideal candidate should be dependable, able to follow instructions, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contribute positively to a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with food and meal preparation. Maintain cash receipts and meal records. Assist with daily reports. Maintain proper sanitation and kitchen safety standards. Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures. Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Follow verbal and written instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Food Service Certificate, as required. Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure. Strong attention to detail. Commitment to cleanliness and safety. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to pass a background check (no violent felonies within the past 7 years) Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment. Must be dependable and punctual.

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS

Employees are required to report to work in the appropriate uniform: Black polo shirt with a collar Black slacks or black pants Black non-slip-resistant shoes Please ensure you have the required uniform available before your scheduled start date.
