The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service during breakfast hours, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area, and assisting guests with their food and beverage needs. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively. Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and provide assistance. Ensure that all food safety standards are followed during preparation and service. Operate coffee machines and other equipment efficiently to serve high-quality beverages. Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Support the overall hospitality experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus; experience as a dietary aide is beneficial. Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is an advantage. Basic skills in meat cutting may be required depending on menu offerings. Must possess good phone etiquette for any guest inquiries or reservations. A commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential.
