Busser Tokio Corporation - 4.2 Midland, TX Job Details Full-time 4 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Busser Job Description A Busser is responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment by clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Bussers play an important role in the smooth operation of the restaurant by supporting both the front-of-house and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Clear and clean tables after guests leave. Reset tables with clean silverware, plates, glasses, and napkins. Refill water, beverages, and condiments as needed. Assist servers with delivering food and beverages. Remove used dishes and transport them to the dishwashing area. Keep the dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean and organized. Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and glassware. Sweep and mop floors when necessary. Help maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment. Provide friendly and courteous service to guests.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required (restaurant experience is a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Excellent customer service attitude. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30-50 pounds for extended periods. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
