Provide excellent in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly. Follow all food safety management protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and prevent contamination or spoilage. Assist with cleaning duties throughout the shift to uphold hygiene standards in dining areas, kitchens, and storage spaces. Support catering events or special functions as needed, contributing to the overall guest experience through attentive service. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on in-person interaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately using POS systems. Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and food safety management standards. Experience with wine knowledge or beverage service is advantageous but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights safely, and perform manual handling tasks comfortably. Culinary or restaurant experience that demonstrates a passion for quality service within the food industry.
