Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include assisting servers, clearing tables, and supporting the kitchen staff to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area. Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing any additional support as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including floors, windows, and restrooms. Set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering functions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient food handling. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food service and handling. Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests' needs. Requirements Previous experience in bussing or food service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with both guests and staff. Knowledge of proper food handling techniques is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
