In this vital role, you will be the face of our hospitality experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable visit. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and passion for food and customer care will drive the success of our restaurant or catering operation. Duties Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally Assist with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards Support kitchen staff by organizing supplies, cleaning workstations, and ensuring efficient workflow Clear tables, reset dining areas quickly, and manage waste disposal to uphold cleanliness standards Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest requests Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining a positive attitude and engaging with guests Skills Previous 2 yrs experience in food service, restaurant work, catering or hospitality environments preferred Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Knowledge of cleaning procedures, bussing techniques, and food handling safety protocols Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with restaurant operations or hotel service standards is a plus Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to customer service Basic understanding of food industry terminology and service etiquette Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating outstanding guest experiences!
