Schedule:

Full-time, 40-50 hours per week; night and weekend availability required Job Overview Mi Rancho The Woodlands/Gosling is seeking a dependable, energetic, and hardworking Busser to join the team at our new location. You will support the front-of-house team by keeping tables and dining areas clean, organized, and ready for guests. The ideal candidate works quickly, pays attention to detail, and takes initiative in a busy restaurant environment. Responsibilities Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and thoroughly. Remove used dishes, glassware, utensils, and trash from tables. Assist servers and other team members to ensure fast, efficient service. Keep the dining room, service stations, and guest areas clean and organized. Stock glassware, utensils, napkins, and other restaurant supplies. Refill water and assist guests when needed. Communicate table status and guest needs to servers and hosts. Sweep floors and promptly clean spills. Move chairs, tables, dishes, and supplies using safe lifting practices. Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures. Complete opening, closing, and assigned side-work duties. Qualifications Previous restaurant or bussing experience is preferred but not required. Able to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Positive attitude and willingness to help the team. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred. Able to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift and carry restaurant supplies. Must be available to work full-time, including nights and weekends.
