Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and reliable Food Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key part of delivering top-notch service in a lively, customer-focused environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about hospitality, eager to learn, and comfortable working both in front-of-house and back-of-house settings. Responsibilities Support food running and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests. Assist with food preparation, handling, and safety practices to uphold high standards of hygiene. Help with cleaning and bussing tables promptly to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions. Follow safe lifting practices during heavy lifting tasks like moving supplies or equipment. Provide excellent in-person customer service by addressing guest inquiries and dietary needs. Support banquet and event setups, ensuring all food service areas are organized and ready. Experience Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with food handling, safety regulations, and proper sanitation procedures. Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and movement of supplies. Background in hospitality or banquet service can be advantageous but not mandatory.
