Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including food stations, tables, and equipment, following strict sanitizing procedures. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays. Assist with food handling and processing cash transactions at the point-of-sale (POS) systems. Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests. Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all food handling meets industry standards for hygiene and sanitation. Support catering or special event setups as needed, ensuring timely and professional service delivery. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or catering is highly desirable; experience in fine dining or culinary environments is a plus. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and perform manual handling tasks such as weight handling in the workplace. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Excellent organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail.
