This energetic position combines warehouse operations with driving responsibilities, offering an engaging environment dedicated to supporting community needs. You will be responsible for managing inventory, operating equipment, and safely transporting donations to various locations, all while maintaining a high standard of safety and efficiency. This paid position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your warehouse skills while making a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and transport food donations and supplies using pallet jacks, box truck, and carts. Manage inventory control through accurate tracking Assist with stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure timely distribution Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards by conducting regular safety checks and adhering to proper materials handling procedures Support warehouse distribution activities, including receiving, load & unload operations, and inventory management Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to optimize workflow, improve processes, and ensure safe operations Qualifications Willingness to learn and work efficently Experience operating pallet jacks, and heavy lifting Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling and warehouse safety Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude toward safety and teamwork is essential This role offers an energetic environment where your skills directly contribute to community support efforts.
