Provide food service support, including serving meals and beverages to guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized workflow and assist with food handling as needed. Engage with customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about menu items or services. Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure seamless operations during service hours. Uphold safety and hygiene standards in accordance with food industry regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, including roles in restaurants, catering, or hotels. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and coworkers. Knowledge of proper food handling techniques is an asset.
