Job Description
Overview:
Join our team as a Busser and play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, ensuring efficient service delivery.Responsibilities:
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly to provide a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to tables.
- Refilling water glasses and beverages as needed.
- Removing used tableware and transporting it to the dishwashing area.
- Supporting kitchen staff by helping with food running or other tasks as required.
Experience:
- Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or the food service industry is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Knowledge of bussing procedures and standards.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with food handling and safety guidelines.
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
