Job Description
CORRECTIONAL FOOD SERVICE WORKER
- You will prepare, serve, and distribute food according to the guidelines
- Will be requires to wash and clean dishes, equipment etc in the kitchen and serving areas
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be approved to work in correctional facility by the contracting agency
- Must have a great attitude and strong customer skills along with great communication skills
- Immediate supervisor will be the kitchen supervisor

KITCHEN SUPERVISOR
- Will ensure and assist in preparing, serving, and distributing food according to guidelines
- Will supervise kitchen workers
- Prepare food orders and stay within budget
- Inventory controls
- Prepare and maintain necessary records in the kitchen
- Ensure all meals are prepared timely and on schedule
- Immediate supervisor will be the regional food service director
