Position Summary:
The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and ensuring members have a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Welcome members in a friendly and professional manner Serve food and drinks according to company standards Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary Ensure a positive dining experience throughout the guest's visit Prepare and serve beverages for members Deliver meals and beverages promptly and accurately Monitor food quality and presentation before serving Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Adhere to company policies and local health regulations Report hazards, incidents, or safety concerns to management
Responsibilities :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, catering, or customer service environments preferred. Food Handler's Certificate and Responsible Beverage Service certification may be required depending on local regulations. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
