Breakfast Attendant:
The Breakfast Attendant maintains standards of food and beverage quality and guest services; resolves guest complaints. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Prepare items needed for the breakfast period as well as oversee preparation of the needed items for the evening reception. Restock items that were depleted during the shift and make sure to maintain proper storage procedures specified by Health Department and Hotel requirements. Breakfast Attendant:
First, you will be familiarized with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guests' inquiries accurately. From here, you will coordinate with your team to organize all food preparation items needed from different areas to ensure that all items are in place and ready for service. Then, you will be responsible for food preparation for specific shifts and setting up the food in accordance with the standard of the hotel. As your work grows, you will play an important role in ensuring that food handling, quality, and presentations are at the highest level of quality and consistency!
