Job Description
Overview The Suite Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service in premium seating areas and suites during events at the Stuart C. Siegel Center. This position ensures suites are properly prepared before events, maintains food and beverage presentation throughout service, and delivers a welcoming, professional experience for suite guests. The Suite Attendant serves as a key representative of OVG by anticipating guest needs, responding promptly to requests, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00 - $18.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities Prepare suites prior to events, including stocking food, beverages, supplies, and service ware. Welcome suite guests and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the event. Monitor food and beverage levels and replenish products as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites, service areas, and equipment. Assist with the delivery and presentation of catering orders. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns. Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies. Complete post-event cleaning, inventory, and restocking duties. Communicate effectively with supervisors, culinary staff, and fellow team members to ensure seamless service. Show commitment to providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a professional appearance. Qualifications Previous hospitality, food service, catering, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.Benefits
