Join our dynamic catering team as a Utility Catering Worker, where your energy and enthusiasm will help deliver exceptional food service experiences! In this vital role, you will support culinary operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth catering functions. Duties Assist with food handling, preparation, and plating to support culinary staff during events and daily service Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Help with food storage, inventory management, and restocking supplies as needed Help Make Salads for orders leaving the kitchen. Help make "Cold Bins" which are the plates, cutlery/napkins, cups, and serving utensils along with any condiments or other items that accompany the orders.
