This role is essential in providing exceptional customer experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong customer service skills. Whether you have fine dining experience, fast food, banquet experience, or a background in catering, we welcome individuals who are eager to contribute to our vibrant food truck and takeout environments. Responsibilities Take orders and efficiently operate a cash register. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards in a timely manner. Ensure that all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Assist in setting up and breaking down food truck and takeout operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including food truck, FOH, and kitchen equipment. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary. Qualifications Communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure. Previous experience in fine dining, restaurant service, or catering is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Experience in food preparation and handling, with knowledge of food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to lift 10-15 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work in extreme temperature environments. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
