Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food handling and processing cash transactions using POS systems efficiently and accurately Ensure proper food safety management by adhering to hygiene protocols, including manual handling and weight handling in the workplace Restock supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and assist with food preparation for catering or banquet events when required Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary needs or special requests Operate kitchen equipment safely, including coffee machines, toasters, ovens, and other appliances necessary for breakfast service Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred, especially within restaurant or catering environments Fine dining experience or culinary background is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations is essential Experience with POS systems and processing cash transactions demonstrates strong customer service skills Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation adds value to this role Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace confidently and safely Prior banquet or catering experience enhances your ability to adapt quickly in a busy breakfast setting Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering memorable mornings filled with warmth, delicious food, and outstanding service!
