We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented person to join our Front-of-House crew! Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid VT Servers License, excellent communication skills, be able to keep up in a fast paced environment, and be available evenings and some weekends. This position is tasked with making bar and cafe drinks, beverage prep, inventory and stocking, delegating tasks to and supporting the rest of the FOH team, and during slower times, working solo in our counter-service dining room. This is a closing shift, so responsibilities also include cleaning the bar and dining room at the end of service. Shifts are 11am-9pm, three to four days per week, for a total of 30-40 hours per week. Wages are made up of a $16/hour base wage plus a share of the tip pool. Expected average take-home pay is $22
