Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring they are reset for the next guest. Empty and clean trash receptacles, ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling practices. Refill supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments as needed. Replenish ice and beverage stations. Assist the wait staff as needed. Always keep the floor area and seats clean and presentable and in a safe and sanitary manner. Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding to their needs and inquiries. Anticipate and proactively address guest requirements to enhance their dining experience. Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment. Smile and engage guests and team members with a positive professional demeanor. Perform other duties as assigned. Follow all the unique standards and steps of service to your particular outlet. What You'll Bring Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license. Experience in upscale hospitality or fine dining restaurant highly preferred! Role training provided for candidates who demonstrate a passion for guest service; motivation to learn; and a professional demeanor. Excellent customer service skills, including attentiveness, friendliness, and the ability to handle guests. Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit. How You'll Be Successful Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required. Ability to demonstrate a well-groomed presence and always maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Ability to follow specific instructions. Read, write, and speak English fluently.
