Job Description
Judson Park in Des Moines, WA, a HumanGood community nationally rated as Best Independent Living and Best Memory Care of 2025-2026 by U.S News & World Report, is looking for a passionate Food Service Worker to join our team! The Food Service Worker performs any or all duties associated with setting up and working on a trayline, serving food to residents, washing dishes and/or pots and pans, bussing dishes, preparing food, such as salads, desserts, garnishes and/or maintaining cleanliness of food service and dining room areas. May be required to work varying shifts, including morning or evening shifts.

Schedules Available:
Rotating on-call schedule, either 6AM-2:30PM or 3PM-8PM (around 16-21 hours per week on average) •candidate availability on Thursday-Sunday required, open availability preferred• Pay range: $18.00-$22.12 per hour, depending on years of relevant experience Work Duties Greets residents and guests promptly as they arrive at their table; Informs guests of daily specials, makes recommendations; Completes bussing, runner, meal plater, utility and catering duties as needed or assigned; Refills beverages throughout the meal service Keeps alert to resident requests and special needs; assists residents with plates or trays; To be successful in the role, you would have: Previous food handling experience required Current Food Handlers Certification, or willingness to obtain, required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience with senior populations preferred What's in it for you?
