This role is the heartbeat of our service operation - a hybrid of busser, food runner, barback, drink runner, and expo responsibilities. What You'll Do:
Run food and drinks with precision and a smile Keep tables and spaces clean, clear, and guest-ready Support bartenders with restocking, prep, and bar cleanliness Communicate clearly with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff Jump in wherever needed to keep service flowing smoothly
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to hustle and stay organized during busy shifts Clear communication skills Flexible schedule (weekends and nights are key!) Previous experience a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person
