Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to ensure a hygienic environment. Assist with bussing tables efficiently, clearing dishes and resetting tables promptly to prepare for new guests. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, and food items following safe lifting practices. Maintain clear internal communication with team members to coordinate tasks smoothly and respond quickly to guest needs. Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times in compliance with health regulations. Contribute to catering events by setting up food stations, managing supplies, and assisting with food presentation. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling safely. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in table setting and cleanliness. Hospitality or catering experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
