Pay | $22.13 ~ $39.00/hr ($17.13/hr base + tips avg) Title | Patio Dining Attendant Hours | Less than 30 hours per week, or 30+ hours per week available Status | Seasonal (Through Summer 2026) Location | Union, WA __________________________________________ Summary As a Patio Dining Attendant you'll provide friendly, genuine service for our guests as they enjoy our outdoor Patio space. You'll take orders, serve food and drinks, and help create a warm, relaxed atmosphere where guests feel welcome and well cared for. We're looking for someone who can... Welcome and greet guests, helping them feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Share daily specials, answer questions, and make genuine recommendations based on guest preferences. Take food and beverage orders accurately, entering them into the POS system to communicate with the kitchen and bar. Deliver food and drinks promptly, checking in to ensure guests are satisfied and responding to any requests or concerns. Prepare final checks, process payments, and thank guests while inviting them to return. Maintain clean and organized service areas and complete side work at the beginning and end of each shift. Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed. Support fellow servers and team members to ensure smooth service. Collaboration & Engagement As a Patio Dining Attendant , you will work under the direct guidance of the Director of Outlets . In addition to your home department, you may occasionally interface with other teams. You will not oversee other staff and can expect a significant level of interaction with guests and the public. Foundational & Prerequisite Skills Basic safety-consciousness, knowledge of food regulations (handling, sanitation, storage), related industry terminology, knowledge, standards and best practices, basic math, calculation of discounts, interest, proportions and volume, general troubleshooting, making of café beverages, and beer, wine, mixology and spirits knowledge. Intermediate written composition, comprehension, and English (reading, writing). Advanced spoken English. Learn As You Go Basic radio/walkie-talkie operation. Work Environment . Conditions are typical of an outdoor environment, with an uncontrolled setting and temperature variations from hot to cool.
