Laundromat, Espresso & Propane Specialist Port Susan Camping Club - 2.8 Tulalip, WA Job Details Part-time $19 - $21 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Kitchen health and safety standards Equipment safety procedures Food service health code compliance Food safety sanitizing procedures Full Job Description Position Summary The Laundromat, Espresso, and Propane Service Specialist provides friendly, reliable service to Port Susan Camping Club members and guests while supporting daily operations in the laundromat, espresso stand, and propane service areas. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to work independently in a busy member-service environment. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a valid photo ID and be able to pass a background check. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Food Worker Card/Food Handler's Card. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow established policies, procedures, cleanliness and safety guidelines. Must be able to provide courteous and professional customer service to members, guests, vendors, and staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. Operate the espresso stand, prepare beverages and food items as assigned, and maintain a clean and sanitary food service area. Assist members with laundromat services, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, orderly, and safe laundromat environment. Provide dropandfold laundry service, including receiving laundry, documenting orders, washing, drying, folding, packaging, and returning items according to established procedures. Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, or pointofsale transactions as applicable. Monitor supplies, notify Purchasing Department when inventory is low, and assist with stocking products and work areas. Provide propane service operations while following all required safety practices, procedures, and training guidelines. Communicate equipment issues, safety concerns, customer concerns, or maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisor promptly. Follow all Port Susan Camping Club policies, department procedures, sanitation standards, and safety requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work with the public in a positive, respectful, and professional manner. Ability to multitask and prioritize duties during busy periods. Basic math and cashhandling skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a clean work environment. Ability to safely lift, carry, sort, and handle laundry, supplies, and related materials as needed. Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and have willingness to learn new programs as required. Physical and Work Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks during scheduled shifts. Ability to work around laundry equipment, espresso equipment, cleaning supplies, and propane service areas while following safety procedures. Ability to work weekends, holidays, or varying shifts as scheduled based on operational needs. Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance while on duty.
