Brass Steak & Seafood is an elegant yet approachable new restaurant in the heart of Woodinville wine country, offering a contemporary take on the classic steakhouse with premium cuts, fresh seafood, seasonal Northwest ingredients, a curated global wine list, and thoughtfully crafted cocktails.

At Brass, hospitality starts with the first welcome and continues through the final goodbye. We re building an experienced opening team that understands the details matter, from the way a guest is greeted at the door to the way a table is maintained throughout dinner.

We re hiring experienced Hosts and Server Assistants who are polished, attentive, organized, and comfortable working in a high-level, fast-paced restaurant environment.

What We re Looking For in EveryoneGenuine commitment to warm, thoughtful hospitalityFine dining, steakhouse, or upscale restaurant experiencePolished and professional guest presenceStrong communication and attention to detailAbility to stay calm and organized during busy serviceTeam-first mindset and willingness to anticipate where help is neededEvening, weekend, and holiday availabilityHost RequirementsAt least 1 year of host experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurantComfortable managing reservations, wait times, seating flow, and guest expectationsConfident speaking with guests in person and over the phoneStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at onceExperience with reservation systems, Opentable preferredServer Assistant RequirementsAt least 1 year of server assistant, back server, or comparable support experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurantStrong understanding of table maintenance, clearing, resetting, water service, and dining room awarenessAbility to work efficiently while remaining polished and unobtrusiveComfortable supporting multiple servers and anticipating both guest and team needsInterest in learning more about food, wine, and elevated serviceIf you re excited to help build something special and want to work alongside a team that takes hospitality seriously without taking itself too seriously, we d love to hear from you.
