Brass Steak & Seafood is an elegant yet approachable new restaurant in the heart of Woodinville wine country, offering a contemporary take on the classic steakhouse, where premium cuts, fresh seafood, seasonal Northwest ingredients, a curated global wine list, and thoughtfully crafted cocktails come together.

At Brass, we believe restaurants begin with the people who bring them to life. We re building a team of experienced bartenders who care deeply about hospitality, craft, food, wine, and creating memorable experiences for guests.

We re looking for bartenders who can read the room, guide guests confidently without pretension, execute classic and craft cocktails consistently, sell naturally, and make people feel genuinely taken care of from the moment they sit down through the final goodbye.

What We re Looking For3+ years of full-service bartending experience preferredA relentless mindset around genuine hospitalityFine dining, steakhouse, or upscale restaurant experience is a plusStrong knowledge of classic cocktails and modern cocktail techniqueGenuine interest in food, wine, spirits, and hospitalityWarm, confident, and polished guest presenceStrong teamwork, organization, cleanliness, and attention to detailEvening, weekend, and holiday availabilityIf you re excited to help build something special and want to work alongside a team that takes hospitality seriously without taking itself too seriously, we d love to hear from you.
