Cafe Attendant (Coffee Shop / Food Service) Part-Time

Description Join the team at Lake Lawn Resort as a Cafe Attendant at the Isle of Capri Café. In this role, you'll prepare coffee drinks, food items, and provide friendly, fast service to guests looking for a quick bite or beverage on the go.

Food & Beverage / Café What You'll Do Greet guests, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations Take and process food and beverage orders (cash and card) Prepare coffee drinks (including lattes), cold beverages, sandwiches, and pizzas Serve orders quickly and accurately Maintain inventory levels of café supplies and bakery items Clean and sanitize counters, tables, and café areas Stock and organize kitchen and service areas Balance register and complete end-of-shift cash handling Assist with daily supply orders and restocking Requirements What We're Looking For Previous café, barista, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required Comfortable handling cash and working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and guest service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent use of hands for food prep and beverage service Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Work Environment Indoor café setting within a high-volume resort Moderate noise level Fast-paced, guest-focused environment About Lake Lawn Resort Located on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort is a premier destination known for exceptional guest experiences and a strong team culture.
