Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays and replenishing items as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, buffet stations, and food preparation zones Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly service Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery of breakfast offerings Manage dietary accommodations by adhering to specific dietary needs or restrictions when necessary Skills Proven experience in fine dining or high-end food service environments Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering settings preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous banquet or hospitality experience is a plus Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service can be advantageous Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Demonstrated understanding of dietary accommodations and allergy considerations in food service This role is perfect for passionate individuals eager to bring energy and professionalism to the breakfast service experience.
