! Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of a busy casual dining restaurant with solid skills in both the FOH and BOH. Duties Execute all operations including inventory control, training, and development Oversee health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance. Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong team Oversee scheduling and staffing levels to meet operational needs. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Have fun and be a strong leader to develop your team! Skills Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement. Understand kitchen operations, food waste, theoretical, and prep lists Excellent with guests/team to ensure a great work environment Knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices in the restaurant industry. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
