Part-time Breakfast Attendant GrandStay Hotel & Suites - 2.6 Kaukauna, WI Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $116 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Food service cleaning Greeting customers Manual handling Venue guest services Kitchen organization Full Job Description Position Purpose Assist the hotel operation by providing exceptional customer service and attaining optimal guest satisfaction. Attend to guests' needs including but not limited to: providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the GrandStay Breakfast brand standards. Essential Functions
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and offer assistance.
  • Set up, maintain, replenish and tear down breakfast food and displays.
  • Resolve guest concerns in accordance to brand standards and hotel policy.
  • Maintain the kitchen prep, serving and public areas for appearance, organization and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist guests and initiate conversation.
  • On a regular basis, this position requires talking, listening, close visual acuity, kneeling, crouching, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, balancing, grasping, repetitive motion, extreme heat and cold and the ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
  • The ability to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours. Supportive Functions
  • Accurately complete inventory and ordering procedures assigned by the General Manager.
  • Complete required cleaning and special projects determined by hotel management.
