• What You Will Do:

• + Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision—clean linens, polished silverware, and chip-free china only, please.

+ Coordinate the flow of service like a pro, ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time. + Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full-service dinners. + Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting—yes, you'll be part tech support too. + Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork.

• What We Are Looking For:

• + Customer service experience—because happy guests are the heart of hospitality.

+ At least 6 months of banquet food service experience—we need someone who's seen a plated dinner or two. + Leadership potential or experience—you're not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed. + Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)—because safety is always in style. + Physical stamina—this role includes lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your entire shift.
