Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-presented Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures at all times Serve food and beverages efficiently while providing friendly, attentive customer service Restock supplies, condiments, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth service flow Assist with food handling and preparation tasks in accordance with food safety management standards Monitor the buffet for quality control, removing expired or spoiled items promptly Follow manual handling protocols when lifting or moving heavy supplies or equipment Operate POS systems accurately for any guest transactions related to breakfast service Uphold dietary guidelines and accommodate special dietary needs or restrictions when possible Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling practices is essential Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace safely and efficiently Food industry experience demonstrating understanding of food safety management and food preparation techniques Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms breakfast into an exceptional start for every guest.
