Job Description
Summary We're hiring part-time breakfast attendants to join our team; shifts will primarily be 5:30 am - 11:30 am Saturday and Sunday. We currently offer a $3 Weekend Shift Differential on top of your hourly rate! Our employees have access to travel discounts world-wide and PTO for employees that average at least 25 hours/week. Our breakfast attendants oversee the food and beverage buffet areas while ensuring a high level of quality and consistency. They also provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guests' questions, complaints and requests. Responsibilities Clean and prepare buffet line as well as serving area to exceed guests' expectations and comply with both hotel standards and health and safety standards. Stock and maintain buffet with specific products in required quantities. Complete assigned daily reports, correctly identify and report any maintenance problem or product shortage. Maintain security for guests and property by keeping kitchen doors locked at all times, reporting any suspicious activity by guests or others, properly labeling and dating all inventory and complying with all other food and safety regulations. Maintain proper care of equipment and supplies and notify maintenance of any maintenance requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the department. Stock and ensure breakfast is ready for the next day. Qualifications Capable of successful completion of online and hands-on training certifications. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift a maximum of 40 pounds and push a cart that is 75 pounds. Previous restaurant, serving, cooking or hotel experience preferred.
