Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and meal assembly. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and cash handling. Support banquet operations by setting up, serving, and breaking down events as needed. Maintain food safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Assist in training new staff on kitchen procedures and customer service protocols. Requirements Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Customer service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Ability to perform tasks such as bussing tables, cleaning, and meal preparation efficiently. Must be outgoing and love greetiing guests.
