Breakfast Attendant Duties:

Breakfast begins at 5am, shift starts at 4am.

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests
• Ensure all food items are properly stocked and displayed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Assist guests with any questions or special requests
• Handle food in a safe and sanitary manner
• Follow proper phone etiquette when taking guest orders or inquiries
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests and team members
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking as needed
• Collaborate with the culinary team for banquet events

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate with others
