Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Days would be Monday-Thursday. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests by ensuring the dining area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. You will assist with meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining food safety standards while creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare and present breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and within safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and serving stations throughout the breakfast service. Set up and break down the breakfast buffet or service area efficiently. Operate POS systems for any necessary transactions or guest requests. Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met promptly. Assist in meal preparation and food handling while adhering to food safety protocols. Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and utensils after use. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food offerings. Skills Proficient in food handling and safety practices. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to perform meal preparation tasks including food cutting and cooking techniques. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
