Crew Members Shift Leaders Supervisors Assistant Managers Crew Member Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude Prepare smoothies and food items according to brand standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café Operate POS system and handle cash accurately Work as part of a team to deliver fast and friendly service Shift Leader /

Supervisor Responsibilities:

Support daily operations and ensure smooth shifts Lead and motivate team members Manage cash handling and safe reconciliation Maintain food quality and safety standards Help control labor and food costs

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Assist GM with full operational control Hiring, training, and scheduling staff Monitor labor %, food cost %, and inventory Ensure franchise compliance and brand standards Drive sales growth and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Food service experience preferred (not required for Crew Members) Leadership experience required for Supervisor/Assistant Manager roles
