Job Description

Responsible for thoroughly cleaning all dishes, silverware, and other items under strict sanitary conditions.
Primary Essential Duties:
This is an overview of essential duties a more comprehensive list of expectations and responsibilities will be provided at interview. Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures. Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management. Keep dish room clean at all times. Keep sufficient supply of China, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses in appropriate locations during service periods. Restock fully between meal periods. Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each shift, and empty mop bucket. Exercise extreme precaution and carefully follow instructions and procedures when using chemicals. Follow cleaning schedule and using "clean as you go" techniques. Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Pay:
$10.75 - $12.25 per hour
