Butcher at The Wise Ox!! (La Costa) The Wise Ox, a chef-driven butcher shop by TRUST Restaurant Group, is looking to hire a butcher at our La Costa location and assist with production. We serve sandwiches from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. You will have a front-row seat to all the action that takes place in a traditional butcher shop. We're a small, close-knit crew and are looking for someone who wants to grow their skills and grow within our company. Our ideal candidate has extensive butcher experience and above all, has a positive attitude. We offer competitive pay plus tips. Feel free to email your resume or stop by the stop and talk to us.
