Job Description

We are looking for an experienced butcher to assist in the production of Steaks, Pork Chops, Carne Asada, and various other portioned meat products. Experience in portion control is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Portion Control Cutting of Steaks and Pork Chops Operating a Band Saw to Break Down Chickens Operating a Band Saw to Cut Through/Remove Bones Operating a Dicing or Cubing Machine Assisting in the Packing of Various Meat Products Assisting in
Inventory Control/Rotation of Product Hours:
Monday - Friday full-time, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or close
