Saugatuck Provisions is the premier whole animal butcher and market in Fairfield County, sourcing beef, pork, chicken, and lamb from the Hudson Valley and Connecticut. Founded when chef Matt Storch and master butcher Paul Nessel joined forces in 2022, our products honor the hard working farmers, fishermen, and producers we work with, bringing best in class ingredients to our customer on a daily basis.
